All morning exercises


Let's do with you a simple set of exercises that will energize us for the whole day.

 We stand freely, put the right leg forward, the handles are freely lowered. 

Leg on toe, rotate to the right: 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. 

In the opposite direction 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10. 

Change the leg: 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and vice versa: 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. 

We put the legs shoulder-width apart, we put the handles on our knees, rotate the knees inward 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.

 And in the opposite direction: 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 We perform squats: one-two-three-four, one-two-three-four. 

Squat, feet to the sides: 1, 2. Rise forward: 3, 4 Put the handles on the hips, rotate the pelvis: 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. In the opposite direction: 1, 2 , 3 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 Next exercise.

 We stand straight, breathe freely. Circular hip movements: 1 put the leg, 2, 3, 4, 5 And in the opposite direction: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Change the leg: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 In reverse: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Finished the exercise. 

Relaxed. We stand straight, shoulders down, hands on hips. 

We rotate the body. We don't hold our breath. Rotate to the right: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. And in the opposite direction: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Finished the exercise. 

We got up straight. Raise your shoulders up, rotate forward: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Rotate back: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. 

We bent forward, bent our legs slightly on our knees, handles to the sides - "mill": 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. We rise. Handles on the belt, bent back. Straightened up. The handles were relaxed. 

Raised the handles up, rotate the handles forward: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Back: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. 

We put the handles forward, rotate the elbow joints: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Shoulders are lowered. 

We breathe freely. In reverse: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. We lowered the handles. 

Fingers in the lock. Rotate the brush: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. 

In reverse: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 Move the handles down. Straightened up. 

We pulled the handles up, we look at the hands. We stretch, we stretch. 

They lowered the handles down. Relaxed. Exhaled. Straightened up. Smiled! The easiest, most enjoyable exercise is to wash in the morning. 

We put the handles on our heads, gently knead them with our fingers. They rubbed it with a thumb behind the ears. Keep your head straight. We breathe freely. 

They took themselves by the edge of the ear. And we massage the ears down well. And went up again.

 And again, with thumbs, massage behind the ears and neck. And gently walked over the face. The handles were relaxed. And smiled again! We put the pens on the belt. 

We turn our head left and right. to the right: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, Breathe freely. Have become exactly.

 We take out the right shoulder with the ear: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Steel evenly.

 Circular head movements: 1, 2, 3 and in the opposite direction. Do not close your eyes: 1, 2, 3. Finished the exercise. 

You and I have warmed up and are ready to start strength exercises. 

Became free. Legs hip-width apart. The back is straight. 

Squat, rise on tiptoe: 1, 2. If we cannot do a full set, do half 3, 4. Full set: 5, 6, half: 7, 8, full: 9, 10. Finished the exercise. Relaxed legs. 

They put the legs wider than the shoulders. Handles loosely behind the back. The socks were turned to the side.

 Squat 1, 2, 3. If we cannot do a full set, half: 4, 5, full: 6, 7, half: 8, 9, full set: 10. Finished the exercise. Relaxed legs. The next exercise is "push-ups". We put the handles shoulder-width apart. 

We keep the body straight. Legs together. Push-ups: 1, 2. If it is difficult to do push-ups in a handstand, bend your legs, put your knees on the floor. 

The back is straight 3, 4. Full push-up: 5 6. Half: 7, 8 and full: 9, 10. Relax the handles. Steel exactly. Raised the handles up, inhale. And lowered, exhale. 

Handles upward inhalation. And they lowered their exhalation. Handles upward inhalation. And they lowered their exhalation. 

We have completed a simple set of exercises. The whole body was kneaded. Strength exercises were performed. We recharged ourselves with vigor, good mood for the whole day.
